About The Role
The Director of People Technology at Chainlink Labs will manage a technology portfolio supporting the people team throughout the employee life cycle. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing technology, processes, and programs to facilitate success for employees across the organization. Reporting to the Head of People Services, this role will drive People Technology's roadmap and vision, overseeing company-wide initiatives.
Your Impact
- Supervise the technology portfolio for the employee life cycle, collaborating with leaders and employees to implement systems and programs.
- Develop a long-term strategic roadmap for people systems.
- Improve the relationship between the tech team and HR, becoming a vital asset in achieving the people team's goals.
- Lead a team responsible for existing technical services and implementing new solutions.
- Collaborate with analytics to align technology infrastructure with reporting requirements.
- Ensure the adherence to security and compliance standards across all systems.
- Partner with key People leaders on their strategic goals.
- Support the People team in planning and prioritization by offering scalable, automated solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of technical architecture experience in HR technology systems.
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Global organizational management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive complex initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative work approach.
- Preferably familiar with Workday and global management practices.
All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based with an overlap in working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
