Director, Product Management (AI)

Our Product Management team is responsible for overseeing product initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, impacting products across our global presence. We work closely with various team members, including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, to deliver outstanding features and products.

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager who possesses a strong grasp of the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of AI-focused products and services tailored specifically for the crypto industry. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and introducing state-of-the-art solutions that harness artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, enthusiasm for cutting-edge technologies, and a proven record of successfully launching products within the crypto realm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products in the cryptocurrency and blockchain market.
• Perform thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors, using insights to guide product decisions and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed AI and machine learning technologies into crypto products, identifying ways to enhance functionality, security, and user experience.
• Work across teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product priorities, timelines, and deliverables are well-coordinated. Foster communication and teamwork among team members.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, simplifying complex issues into manageable tasks, overseeing the product backlog, and leading sprint planning and execution.
• Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies, creating product messaging, documentation, and training materials to support sales and customer success teams.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements by engaging stakeholders, outlining clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies.
• Technical expertise in AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong passion for innovation and driving positive change through technology.
