Director, Product Management (Innovation)

Our team responsible for product management is seeking a skilled individual to drive product initiatives from start to finish. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and manage an industry-changing platform that revolutionizes the way we handle financial matters. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other team members will be necessary to successfully launch new products and features globally.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the team, including milestones and dependencies
• Define product features, write specifications, conduct user studies, gather feedback, create test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are met
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, considering necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team when communicating with cross-functional departments
• Lead and mentor Associate Product Managers while managing specific features within a product line

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
• Data-informed work style with a focus on user needs
• Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Proven track record of successfully shipping and improving software or financial products on a large scale
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to produce results
• Humility in approach and collaboration with others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
