Dispute Compliance Operations Analyst
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze dispute claims from cardholders regularly.
Collect and assess evidence for dispute resolution.
Communicate with cardholders to clarify information as necessary.
Work closely with partners to settle disputes within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate records of dispute cases and actions taken.
Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines for dispute resolution.
Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activities.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes.
Monitor merchant activity for abnormal patterns and escalate as needed.
Analyze data related to compliance standards of products and services.
Prepare internal reports on suspicious activities.
Support initiatives to enhance compliance standards for payment/cards.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the card/payment industry is necessary.
- Interest in the cryptocurrency industry.
