Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Web3 with a solid understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and related products; proficiency in blockchain financial products, user needs, and market trends.
- Preferably possess a technical background with financial knowledge or experience in financial products.
- Experience in blockchain, DeFi, or staking product design is desirable; knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate across teams effectively, ensuring project delivery with high quality.
- Ability to swiftly grasp industry trends and new business models in a dynamic environment.
