The position we are seeking to fill pertains to the EMEA Sales Lead role within Ledger Enterprise Solutions, which furnish information technology infrastructure for financial institutions to securely manage their crypto assets through a multi-authorization self-custody mechanism. As sales play a crucial role in this position, we are seeking a dynamic and outcome-oriented Sales Development Representative for the EMEA region. This individual will not only be responsible for driving sales but will also contribute strategically to our local teams' direction, ensuring our innovative solutions meet and exceed customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driver of sales within the region, setting a high standard for sales performance
- Collaborate with local sales, pre-sales, and customer success management teams to ensure seamless strategy execution from customer acquisition to retention
- Assist in establishing ambitious yet attainable goals for the regional team in alignment with broader company objectives
- Cultivate strong relationships with other sales associates, offering mentorship and support to drive team success and professional development
- Act as the regional voice of the customer, delivering valuable feedback to the product team for product enhancements and innovation
- Lead sales strategies by example, directly involving in important negotiations and sales presentations
- Act as a bridge between the regional market and the product team, translating customer feedback into actionable product insights
Desired Qualifications
- Verifiable sales track record within the tech or crypto security sectors (minimum 8 years)
- Proficient in cross-functional cooperation with pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for nurturing relationships
- Strategic thinker capable of recognizing trends and customer insights
- Previous experience in reporting to senior leadership and contributing to company-wide strategy discussions
