End User Compute Engineer
We are in search of a talented and driven individual to join our Security team as an End User Compute Engineer. In this role, you will be the expert on IT applications managed by the Security team, ensuring the secure and smooth operation of the end-user computing environment. You will handle advanced administration and configuration of key applications, as well as address complex technical issues as they arise. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about leveraging AI technologies to tackle challenges in end-user computing. Collaboration with other IT and Security teams will be crucial, and occasional support on urgent matters may be necessary. Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for IT applications under the Security team's purview, including EUC Workspace Administration, Mobile Device Management Tools, Support Ticketing System, and Browser Monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot intricate technical problems escalated by the IT Operations team.
- Design and implement application configurations to support new business projects and initiatives.
- Create and update technical documentation associated with EUC applications.
- Work closely with other IT and Security teams to ensure smooth integration and security across the IT landscape.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in end-user computing, including exploring and assessing AI-driven solutions.
- Embrace and pursue opportunities to implement AI tools and techniques to enhance end-user computing efficiency and security, demonstrating a willingness to learn and experiment with AI-driven solutions.
- Provide on-demand support to other IT and Security teams whenever necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT environment focusing on cloud-based technologies.
- Practical experience in administration and configuration within EUC Workspace Administration.
- Solid grasp of identity and access management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capable team player who is also self-sufficient and proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adept at learning quickly with keen attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for exploring and applying AI tools and technologies to manage identity access and end-user computing challenges.
