Description
BitGo, a prominent player in digital asset financial services for institutional investors, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Prime organization. This role entails overseeing the development of resilient services and leading critical projects with minimal supervision.
This position is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence in NYC on Wednesdays, with remote work options for the rest of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of open communication, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Drive the team to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage all technology powering BitGo Prime, spanning trading, lending, settlement, and related services.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and various operational, support, compliance, and business functions.
- Establish, track, and meet key performance indicators related to operations efficiency, client experience, and service uptime.
- Encourage documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with management and product teams to define and prioritize roadmap goals aligned with company objectives and client needs.
Skills & Experience:

Required:

- Demonstrated success in recruiting top engineering talent.
