Engineering Manager, Economics
About Us
Chainlink Labs serves as the main developer behind Chainlink, which is a decentralized computing platform that powers the verifiable web. Chainlink acts as the standard platform for granting access to real-world data, offchain computation, and secure cross-chain interoperability across various blockchains. The collaboration of Chainlink Labs with major financial institutions like Swift, DTCC, and ANZ, as well as leading Web3 teams such as Aave, Compound, GMX, Maker, and Synthetix, helps bring about verifiable applications in banking, DeFi, global trade, and gaming. Notably, Chainlink Labs earned a spot in Newsweek's 100 Most Loved Workplaces 2023 for both the United States and the United Kingdom.
The Engineering Team
The engineering team at Chainlink Labs pushes the boundaries of decentralized applications within the industry. With the Chainlink Network holding over 70% market share in the oracle space, it addresses real-world challenges by facilitating smart contracts to securely interact with off-chain data and computation.
At Chainlink Labs, we value talented and motivated individuals who work collaboratively to solve complex problems, drive product impact, and nurture their skills as creators. Join us on this journey to influence the future of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
About The Role
Chainlink's decentralized oracle networks deliver tamper-proof inputs, outputs, and computations to support advanced smart contracts on any blockchain. To cope with the rapid expansion of the ecosystem, we are reinforcing the infrastructure to enhance the reliability of our networks and incentivize desirable behaviors.
