Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation and Growth: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, empowering them to explore new technologies and approaches to solve complex challenges.
Requirements
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and mentoring software engineering teams, preferably in a multifaceted environment comprising mobile (iOS/Android) and backend engineers.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in software development with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions. Familiarity with technologies such as Golang, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is advantageous.
Mobile Development: Experience in native mobile development (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform frameworks like React Native is a plus.
Product Development Collaboration: Previous experience partnering with product managers to build successful products.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the retail trading, fintech, or financial services sectors, with blockchain technology knowledge being beneficial.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to addressing challenges with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and bring projects to fruition.
Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage.
