Role Overview:

  • Seeking a senior product engineer capable of enhancing user and developer experiences within the Polkadot protocol. This individual will lead a specialized team focused on simplifying the Polkadot initiation process, requiring a curious nature, hands-on experimentation, and contributions towards documentation and tools. Familiarity with other Web3 products is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement products that enhance user experiences for newcomers to Polkadot.
  • Support fellow engineers by creating contributions to streamline the initial engagement process.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a product-oriented mindset, capable of understanding user perspectives.
  • A proven track record of product design from concept to deployment.

Job Overview:

The Hardware Repair Technician plays a vital role in the bitcoin mining activities of CleanSpark. They are responsible for diagnosing and providing maintenance services for bitcoin mining machines.

Carry out repairs on bitcoin mining equipment such as control boards, hash cards, and conduct chip level repairs.

Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.

Assist in the integration of new equipment and systems into facility infrastructure.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.

Certification in Bitman repair is a plus.
