Description
Our client, a prominent multinational organization operating in more than 90 countries, is in search of an ERP Application Support Specialist to bolster their regional IT support team.
This role is crucial in providing support for the company's global InforLN ERP systems. As the key contact for technical and functional support, you will collaborate closely with a worldwide team of IT professionals.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a necessity for cross-border support and communication.
- Previous hands-on exposure to InforLN ERP in a support or technical capacity.
Responsibilities
- Offer L1/L2 support for enterprise applications, primarily InforLN ERP, to internal users globally.
- Oversee support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
- Establish and manage user roles and accounts in compliance with governance policies.
- Document troubleshooting processes, support procedures, and solutions for global knowledge exchange.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify risks or inefficiencies.
- Work alongside developers, solution analysts, and infrastructure teams on escalations and improvements.
- Contribute to regression testing, system updates, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives, automation, and system enhancement projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application or ERP support, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Proficient knowledge of InforLN ERP (functional or technical).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a bonus.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management best practices.
- Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to other ERP systems or enterprise IT tools.
- Possession of ITIL or other relevant certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.
