Event Marketing Manager (London)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Executives to align event marketing strategy with account plans.
- Plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of global event presence to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Establish marketing objectives and metrics for events, analyze post-event results, recommend optimization strategies, and track progress against goals.
- Contribute to the strategic development of event marketing plans, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Manage event marketing budgets, report on budget utilization, and communicate any scope changes affecting the budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event marketing, supporting cross-functional teams and internal leaders.
- Coordinate logistical details for event attendees, including schedules, locations, registration information, and other relevant communications.
- Evaluate third-party opportunities and cultivate vendor relationships to enhance market exposure and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay informed about business development strategies, partner plans, and key account objectives to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate effectively with teams, suppliers, and contributors to execute deliverables efficiently and within established timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of event marketing or field marketing experience, with essential knowledge in trade show project management.
- Preference for experience in B2B or B2G marketing environments.
- Proactive individual with strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and marketing funnel metrics analysis.
- Occasional travel required, not exceeding 20%.
