Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the Exchange support team, responsible for overseeing the operation and administration of the Exchange and Clearing Organization. The role involves driving innovation, streamlining processes, and automating procedures to ensure operational efficiency in a unique and niche environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert remote support for production and demo trading exchange operations, including tasks like symbol updates, contract creation and scheduling, end-of-day processing, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous enhancement and refinement of services, alongside process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on integrating and operating third-party tools to optimize service delivery efficiency.
• Support quality assurance testing to uphold service reliability and precision.
• Address a diverse range of issues within and beyond the designated job scope.

Requirements:

• Ability to excel in a mission-critical operational team setting.
• Proven history of collaborative customer service delivery within internal departments.
• Preferably, experience with Linux servers.
• Availability for occasional off-hours support.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency or exposure to cryptocurrency, prediction markets, and options/futures trading markets.
• Familiarity with sports trading operations, market types, settlement rules, and edge cases.
• 1–3 years of experience in Python scripting and API management.
• Expertise in cron jobs and task management in production environments.
• Track record of enhancing tools to align with team requirements.
• Ownership mentality towards developing operational tools.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Preference for experience with sports data providers and securities trading software.
