Fiat Operations Manager

Position Overview We are seeking individuals with the right to work in Singapore to handle fiat transactions on a multinational scale. The role involves managing daily settlements, reconciliations, and addressing payment concerns effectively. You will work in a collaborative environment with professionals from various backgrounds to enhance our platform's growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform.
• Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
• Resolve payment processing inquiries promptly.
• Identify and address exceptional settlement issues with cross-functional teams and banking partners.
• Assist in testing new product releases.
• Provide performance reports and metrics for analysis.
• Support accounting team with reconciliations and payment-related tasks.
• Review settlement procedures for areas of improvement.
• Address ad-hoc requests from operational or cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fiat operations, ideally within cryptocurrency, banking, or fintech.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Capable of independent work and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization skills with a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crypto-exchange operations.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with MPI regulations.
• Previous experience in multi-time zone collaboration.
