Financial Risk Manager, Regulated entity

• Execute risk management activities concerning positions and portfolio progress, including analysis of significant risk exposures and profit and loss events.
• Monitor limits effectively, provide accurate reports, identify major risks, and suggest suitable risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business divisions to enforce risk controls, promptly resolve issues like limit breaches, inadequate risk monitoring, or system deficiencies.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis across product lines and business operations to ensure accurate risk and capital calculations.
• Uphold the internal risk management framework while keeping track of regulatory requirements and updates.
• Prepare and deliver risk management reports to risk committees, supervisory boards, and regulatory entities.
• Lead the development and implementation of risk management systems by closely working with the technology team.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations and analyses on risk, market conditions, or modeling concerns, when necessary.
• Coordinate with other corporate functions such as Finance, Treasury, and Legal on common areas of interest.

Job Requirements

• Seeking a candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience in Equity or Fixed Income derivatives, with expertise in Market, Credit, and Liquidity risk management and/or modeling. Preferable experience with RiskMetrics and in Global Markets.
• Comprehensive background in market risk, counterparty credit risk, and liquidity risk is highly preferred.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, able to adapt to a fast-evolving environment and collaborate effectively in remote setups.
• Preferably holding FRM or CQF qualification.
• Robust analytical skills with knowledge of Python/R/Matlab/SQL being advantageous.
• Results-driven individual with an international outlook, proactive, accountable, capable of setting and achieving objectives even under pressure.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across all organizational levels.
