Key Responsibilities:
Transcreation & Localization:
Adapt and transcreate marketing and product content from English into German and French while maintaining a natural tone and cultural authenticity.
Review, refine, and perform QA on translations generated by internal AI systems or external linguists to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Transcreate content into other essential languages for internal review and subediting.
Ensure all localized materials in German and French adhere to brand voice, terminology, and style guides.
Publish localized content via the CMS platform and manage end-to-end localization workflows.
Cultural & Market Relevance:
Evaluate and adjust creative concepts to suit local cultural nuances and consumer expectations.
Offer local insights and recommendations to global growth and editorial teams regarding market-specific preferences and sensitivities.
Serve as a linguistic and cultural bridge for the DACH and French markets.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Work collaboratively with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all content complies with local regulatory standards and appropriately adapted disclaimers.

Project Management:
