Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end projects to drive high-speed, high-quality, and impactful outcomes.

- Address technical debts, enhance system designs, and overcome legacy system challenges.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of front-end development experience.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with React or Vue is beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing developer teams.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work flexibly and remotely while managing time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in guiding mid-level and junior developers.
- Successfully delivered greenfield projects and achieved key project milestones.
- Blend of strategic planning and hands-on technical work.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and system performance.
