Full-Stack Engineer (Web3)

We are currently looking for a skilled Web3 Full-Stack Engineer to be part of our innovative team. The role entails developing and optimizing blockchain protocols and applications using the Substrate framework.

This position requires on-site presence in either our Warsaw or Berlin office for two days per week, with a full-time commitment crucial to driving forward our ambitious projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update development tools and dashboards.
• Enhance coding standards, performance, and scalability.
• Develop high-performing and scalable blockchain applications.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with diverse teams for project success.
• Stay abreast of blockchain technology advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in blockchain technology and experience with decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Backend development expertise with Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Additional experience in Rust programming, Substrate framework, or other blockchain technologies is advantageous.
