The role entails developing and optimizing blockchain protocols and applications using the Substrate framework.
This position requires on-site presence in either our Warsaw or Berlin office for two days per week, with a full-time commitment crucial to driving forward our ambitious projects.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update development tools and dashboards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in blockchain technology and experience with decentralized applications (dApps).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Backend development expertise with Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Additional experience in Rust programming, Substrate framework, or other blockchain technologies is advantageous.
