Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement an exhaustive fundraising strategy
• Identify and liaise with potential investors such as venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners
• Craft and deliver persuasive pitch decks and presentations
• Oversee the full fundraising process from initial outreach to deal closures
• Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective investors
• Keep updated on market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory modifications
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress
• Represent the company at pertinent conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand the company's advancements and requirements
• Sustain relationships with existing investors by keeping them informed and engaged in the company's progress

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of fundraising or business development experience, focusing on the technology or gaming sectors
• In-depth knowledge of the Web3 and blockchain landscape, particularly in relation to gaming and NFTs
• Exceptional communication and presentation aptitude
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques is advantageous
