Futures Operation & Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance user growth for Futures, with a focus on boosting trading volumes and retention
• Utilize data analysis to optimize user experience and marketing campaigns based on user behavior and trading patterns
• Organize and execute trading competitions, promotions, and loyalty programs for Futures to drive engagement and increase trading activity
• Lead the operations and expansion of the Future Affiliates Program, including onboarding and managing affiliate partners for user acquisition and trading activity
• Design and implement incentive structures and promotions for affiliate partners to effectively promote the exchange and drive increased engagement
• Collaborate closely with various teams to align growth initiatives with product features and updates
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as trading volume, affiliate performance, and user growth rates, providing actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in growth, operations, or marketing in the crypto or financial services sector with a focus on user acquisition, retention, and affiliate marketing
• Deep understanding of crypto Futures trading products, such as futures and perpetual swaps
• Prior experience in managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs, with knowledge of affiliate acquisition and incentive models
• Ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and strategy optimization in user acquisition, retention, and affiliate program performance
• Demonstrated track record of creating innovative growth strategies and executing successful marketing campaigns in a competitive environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred for coordinating with overseas partners and managing global/regional Futures users and affiliates
