We are searching for an experienced Game Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team working on the large-scale project Seedworld.

As the selected candidate for this role, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team led by an Art Director/Marketing Lead for Seedworld. Your responsibilities will involve conceptualizing, presenting, and producing various work to support the team's goals and studio objectives. You will also play a key role in creating presentations, assets for the website, social media, printed materials, as well as contribute to the collective creative endeavors of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Art Department and Marketing team to develop content across different disciplines such as UGC, Publishing, IP, Merchandise, BD, and more.
  • Contribute to producing graphic assets for in-game use and marketing purposes.
  • Assist in defining the game's visual style and tone in collaboration with the Brand Director and Art team.
  • Pitch, create, and deliver various types of assets using game engine knowledge and potential 3D/2D elements.
  • Work in coordination with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage in meetings, brainstorming sessions, concept pitching, and responsive to feedback.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver top-notch design results within specified timeframes and budget boundaries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to significant projects within the realms of graphics, communication design, gaming, or product launches.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience either as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer.
  • Expertise in Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe CC tools, including Photoshop, with familiarity in programs like Figma and Canva. Openness to learning new software and some knowledge in areas like motion graphics, illustration, animation, or modeling is a bonus.
  • Seasoned Expertise: Display a keen sense for aesthetically pleasing designs in animations, consistently aiming for top-tier quality.
  • Creative Vision: Possess strong storytelling abilities for cinematic experiences blended with innovative design concepts and high artistry.
  • Collaborative and Communicative: Capable of translating creative visions into remarkable tangible products, understanding tasks and project requests' goals comprehensively.
