Game Graphic Designer (Senior)

We are looking for an experienced Game Graphic Designer to contribute to the exciting Seedworld Metaverse project. Working closely with our team led by the Art Director and Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with fellow designers and artists to create engaging visuals for Seedworld. Your role involves conceptualizing, pitching, and producing a variety of design work to support the team and studio objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in creating presentations, assets for various platforms, and contribute to the collective creative efforts of the team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Art Department and Marketing team to create diverse content for various disciplines such as UGC, Publishing, IP, and Merchandise.
Produce graphic assets for in-game and marketing purposes.
Define the visual style and tone of the game in coordination with the Brand Director and Art team.
Pitch, produce, and deliver assets utilizing game engine knowledge and 3D/2D elements.
Work with team members to ensure high-quality results.
Contribute ideas, pitch concepts, and respond to feedback in team meetings.
Manage priorities to deliver top-notch design results within project constraints.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience contributing to major projects within graphic or communication design.
4+ years of professional experience in Visual or Graphic Design.
Proficiency in Graphic Design Software: Expertise in Adobe CC products, such as Photoshop, and familiarity with tools like Figma and Canva. Willingness to learn new software and additional design areas are advantageous.
Strong Eye for Design: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and high-quality designs.
Creative and Innovative: Skilled in storytelling through design and capable of producing cutting-edge motion designs.
Collaborative and Communicative: Able to interpret creative directions to produce impactful designs.
Proactive: Clear vision for efficient design processes and commitment to completing tasks on time with precision.
