Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the product and the world of cryptocurrency.
  • Interact with the platform and Crypto Challenge app to better connect with users.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in German and English via email, calls, or chat.
  • Adhere to a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
  • Manage daily responsibilities efficiently, including occasional projects.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to support the community.
  • Relay important feedback and report bugs to relevant channels.
  • Communicate promptly with users in German and English as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both English and German; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other languages is advantageous.
  • Experience in a customer-centric environment.
