The Product Compliance team at Binance Global is responsible for supporting new product initiatives by providing regulatory guidance and recommendations. As a key player in this role, you will participate in developing and maintaining a robust compliance framework from the inception to the launch of new products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Product Compliance to establish and integrate an effective framework for comprehensive compliance control for product launches, features enhancement, maintenance, and implementing country-specific product restrictions.
- Manage and update all existing policies and procedures related to the product compliance framework.
- Enhance processes and documentation including risk assessment templates, registers, and process documentation.
- Ensure successful delivery of the framework through effective risk management, stakeholder engagement, and key deliverables for the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Product Teams to maintain an updated register of upcoming products, changes, and new initiatives.
- Provide continuous training and guidance on regulatory requirements and product knowledge where necessary.
- Uphold the RACI matrix outlining roles and responsibilities across stakeholders within the framework.
- Assist in monitoring product-related risks and stay informed on regulatory developments to enhance controls as needed.
- Foster positive relationships across the organization to support and streamline the work activities of the Product Compliance Team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial regulatory industry, preferably within crypto-native businesses, fintech, broker-dealers, investment advisers, asset managers, or bank holding companies.
- Thorough understanding of Binance's product offerings and the underlying technology.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding regulatory application in the business context.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory updates.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
