As an Operations Coordinator, the role involves efficiently managing and coordinating project operations within the Arbitrum Foundation, the ArbitrumDAO, and other crucial stakeholders in the Arbitrum ecosystem. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress related to services requested by the ArbitrumDAO, collaborating with team members and the DAO community to improve processes, representing the organization in stakeholder discussions, promoting community engagement for DAO-related activities, documenting governance proposals and decisions, and supporting the legal team with grant agreements and compliance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations coordination for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) or similar roles within the blockchain industry.
- Proficiency in blockchain technology, Ethereum, and Layer 2 scaling solutions (knowledge of Arbitrum is beneficial).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for community engagement and coordination.
- Ability to work independently, set goals, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic remote work environment.
