Role Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Sales Trader to join our London team, offering a promising entry point into sales trading within the evolving digital asset market. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals keen on establishing a career in sales trading. Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in OTC trading during London hours, supporting the generation of quotes and managing client relationships under senior trader supervision.
• Shadow senior team members to understand pricing strategies before independently managing trades.
• Aid the business development team in research and analysis for OTC sales initiatives, exploring opportunities for expanding existing partnerships.
• Leverage internal market insights and research resources to enhance the value of key trading accounts.
• Engage in training sessions, conferences, and networking events to expand industry knowledge and professional connections.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, with a minimum of 2:1 honors.
• Prior work experience in trading or markets-related roles, preferably in any asset class.
• Strong academic background showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated competitive nature with a track record of success in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Basic familiarity with financial instruments; knowledge of derivatives is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi, actively following market developments.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to rapid learning and adaptation in a swiftly changing market landscape.
