Growth Analytics & Automation Lead

We are in search of a skilled and dynamic Growth Analytics and Automation Lead to drive our analytics and automation endeavors within the Growth Team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in data analytics & reporting, event measurement & tracking, data science, and automation. In this role, you will be leading a team of analysts to promote data-driven decision-making and enhance our growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of data analysts to ensure exceptional deliverables and prompt execution.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation among team members.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Supervise the creation and upkeep of comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor crucial growth metrics.
• Analyze intricate data sets to pinpoint trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Tracking & Data Management:

• Ensure precise tracking of all growth-related metrics across diverse platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and uniformity.

Data Science Initiatives:

• Promote the application of data science techniques to unveil insights and guide growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Identify automation opportunities within the growth and analytics processes.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven leadership track record.
• Experience in the growth/marketing domain is highly favored.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with automation tools and platforms such as Appsflyer, Segment, Google Analytics, etc.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing data technology and knowledge to solve real-world problems.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
