Growth Analytics & Automation Lead

We are in search of a talented and experienced individual to take on the role of leading Growth Analytics and Automation within our innovative Growth Team. The perfect candidate will possess a solid foundation in data analytics, event measurement, data science, and automation. This position entails managing a team of analysts to drive data-driven decision-making processes and optimize growth strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and on-time delivery.
• Nurture a culture of continuous learning and creativity within the team.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Supervise the development and upkeep of comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor crucial growth metrics.
• Analyze intricate data sets to identify trends, gaps, and potential growth opportunities.

Tracking & Data Management:

• Ensure precise tracking of all growth-related metrics across diverse platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and coherence.

Data Science Initiatives:

• Drive the application of data science methodologies to unearth insights and guide growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions effectively.

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for automation within growth and analytics processes.
• Lead the creation and implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong track record in leadership positions.
• Experience in the realm of growth/marketing is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with automation tools and platforms such as Appsflyer, Segment, and Google Analytics.
• Keen interest in utilizing data technology and expertise to solve practical problems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and handle multiple projects concurrently.
