Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Platform Integrations:
Oversee the integration of diverse marketing technology platforms to enrich marketing capabilities.
Ensure smooth operations and interaction among systems by utilizing tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.
Marketing Measurement:
Create and execute comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Employ advanced analytics to guide strategic decisions based on performance and ROI metrics.
Bidding and Automation:
Develop and implement automated bidding strategies for optimizing ad spend across digital channels.
Use data science and machine learning techniques to enhance marketing automation and streamline campaign execution.
Segmentation and Modeling:
Conduct intricate customer segmentation and establish predictive models to uncover crucial customer insights.
Analyze customer lifetime value to tailor strategies for improving targeting and personalization efforts.
General Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with wider business objectives and steer progress.
Remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing and data science to foster innovation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the advancement of data science best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Possess 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology, data science, or a related area.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Have experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly integrations with tools such as Segment.
- Display a deep understanding of website analytics and app attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.
- Solid grasp of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks and the execution of bidding and automation strategies.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and executing data-driven marketing projects.
