Growth Creative Copywriter

We are looking for an experienced and innovative copywriter to join the Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to produce compelling digital content for various platforms. Key qualities for success in this role include a strong sense of design, keeping abreast of digital trends, and the ability to transform ideas into visually engaging material. Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and innovative content for digital platforms like social media, websites, videos, emails, and in-app content.
• Proficiency in crafting content for diverse advertising channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Collaborate with Growth teams like Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytics to devise effective copywriting solutions.
• Conduct research and ideate compelling messages tailored to the target audience.
• Personalize messaging for different customer segments to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Create content in various formats such as push notifications, emails, blogs, and other digital channels, both short-form and long-form.
• Lead creativity and maintain consistency in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.
• Stay informed about current trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Gather feedback and validate content with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all written materials.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to delivery while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Use AI tools to create compelling visuals and content.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in fintech/blockchain content writing.
• Strong ability to craft impactful content.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Senior Copywriter with a robust portfolio showcasing work in the crypto industry, including product descriptions, CRM content, and ad campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of the crypto space, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and target audience preferences.
• Proficiency in writing for various channels and formats, including social media, websites, emails, push notifications, and in-app pop-ups, with the ability to adjust tone and style accordingly.
• Capable of developing strategic copywriting approaches aligning with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like designers, product managers, and CRM specialists to execute effective campaigns with consistent messaging.
• Understanding of data-driven decision-making, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing copy and messaging using CRM tools, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, tight deadlines, and open to feedback for iterative improvements.
• Proficient in creating narrative-driven, long-form content for CRM campaigns that build emotional connections and encourage desired actions.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, customer-centric copy that invokes responses and establishes connections.
