Description
We are looking for a motivated Growth Data Scientist/Analyst to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in utilizing data to support strategic decisions, optimize growth initiatives, and improve user acquisition strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dashboards for acquisition and engagement tracking across various channels such as influencer/affiliate, organic, VIP, and paid acquisition to monitor user growth and campaign performance.
- Aid in constructing predictive models to inform strategic decisions on acquisition and engagement strategies using techniques like time series analysis, predictive analytics, and recommender systems.
- Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights that contribute to decision-making and drive performance enhancements.
- Automate routine tasks and data processes to boost team productivity.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to facilitate data-informed decisions and project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new tools and methodologies for data analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis or a relevant field, with a preference for experience in the crypto industry.
- Familiarity with User Acquisition (UA) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles is beneficial.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and relevant libraries for data handling, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to process and communicate significant amounts of data.
- Proficient in query writing, report generation, and presenting findings.
- Knowledge of acquisition campaign platforms and tools like Appsflyer, SensorTower, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
