Growth Manager, Credit Cards
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Manager specializing in the US credit card sector to lead the value proposition for new users and enhance the product lifecycle. A thorough knowledge of card fee structures, credit limits, rewards programs, and crypto rewards is crucial for defining customer segments and differentiating offerings from competitors. The chosen individual will develop and fine-tune digital acquisition campaigns on key paid channels for B2C to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value in a competitive and regulated market.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Search & Display, Meta, programmatic platforms, YouTube, and emergent channels.
- Optimize budgets and bids for maximum ROI and user acquisition within set CPA targets.
- Personalize creatives and messaging following regulatory guidelines, credit card schedules, and user intent.
- Segment users using data to boost targeting efficiency and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
- Enhance campaign performance by integrating internal and third-party data sources for refined audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Deliver detailed reports on KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV, while offering insights to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and partner terms in all marketing endeavors.
- Keep abreast of legal changes, industry trends, and competitor activities in the credit card sector.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 1 year in credit cards and loyalty programs.
- In-depth understanding of the US credit card landscape, including regulatory nuances, competitive dynamics, product lifecycle, and evolving consumer behaviors.
- Proficient in promoting loyalty program mechanics and co-branded partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to craft compelling acquisition messaging across web and app stores.
- Track record of managing acquisition campaigns with substantial budgets across multiple states.
- Expertise in paid channels like Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and other ad platforms.
- Proficient in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and credit card customer lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of crypto/native growth and Web3 technologies.
- Interest in traditional and decentralized finance trading and investing.
- Experience in mobile app acquisition and App Store Optimization.
- Familiarity with credit card CRM, email marketing, or retention/lifecycle strategies.
