Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Create and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activities.
Identify and measure key marketing metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Lead user communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and tailor strategies for different user segments.
Manage the user lifecycle processes, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to drive user base growth.
Ensure marketing strategies comply with regulations and seize opportunities arising from regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Experience in Marketing/Growth within the Crypto industry.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams, partners, and investors.
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurship mindset.
Passion for crypto and digital assets.
Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in a European language is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience at a crypto exchange.
Ability to engage effectively with regulatory bodies and government representatives.
Global exposure and a cross-cultural perspective.
