Growth Manager, West Africa

Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle marketing in West Africa, overseeing activation, retention, reactivation, and churn recovery throughout the user funnel.
- Develop strategies to enhance long-term client value through segmentation, personalization, automated journeys, and optimal product-channel combinations.
- Drive new user growth by designing product offerings, providing user education, and executing operational campaigns to boost funnel conversion.
- Establish and enhance marketing best practices, including A/B testing, CRM/email journeys, and data-driven experiments.
- Increase revenue and trading volume through targeted lifecycle interventions, behavioral incentives, and gamification strategies using internal growth tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on essential growth metrics to stakeholders within the organization.
- Envision future lifecycle strategies by identifying challenges, creating innovative solutions, and anticipating user needs.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to adapt and implement global initiatives with local market relevance.
- Keep track of competitor activities and local market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in launching large-scale and targeted campaigns throughout the user lifecycle.
- Proficient in CRM/lifecycle management, email marketing/automation, user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills in user behavior analysis, retention strategy development, expertise in data mining, measurement, and analysis.
- Ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging campaigns.
- A strong interest or enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain products.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
