This role involves spearheading our market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to fuel user growth and engagement on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, leveraging data, creativity, and a strategic mindset. Collaboration with product managers and growth teams is essential to align feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to shape Exchange and App roadmap.
- Develop unique value propositions to set our platform apart in the competitive market.
- Define user personas in coordination with data and analytics teams.
- Lead creative and copy positioning for impactful marketing campaigns.
- Launch Execution
- Manage go-to-market plans for new features in collaboration with the product team.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition.
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with overall objectives.
- Customize messaging for different regions in partnership with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user research to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to guide decision-making.
- Growth & Retention
- Develop lifecycle programs to drive user activation and retention.
- Create promotions and incentivize programs to boost engagement and loyalty.
- Optimize onboarding processes in collaboration with data and product teams.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs for measuring success across different metrics.
- Utilize analytical tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience, particularly in the crypto industry.
- Track record of launching and scaling B2C products successfully.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with community-driven growth initiatives is a plus.
