THE ROLE
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on SEM and digital marketing activities, analyze campaign performance, and participate in product launches. This position demands a mix of technical expertise, analytics, and a creative, data-centric approach. Previous experience in digital marketing or agency roles is advantageous. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Paid Media.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEM strategy, keyword research, marketing automation, analytics, and Local SEO.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion strategies, and online customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in tools like Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, social media analytics, HTML, javascript, and regex.
- Analytical mindset with strong mathematical skills.
