THE ROLE

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on SEM and digital marketing activities, analyze campaign performance, and participate in product launches. This position demands a mix of technical expertise, analytics, and a creative, data-centric approach. Previous experience in digital marketing or agency roles is advantageous. The role is based in our Etobicoke office with a blend of remote and onsite work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and oversee SEO strategies, including technical, local, and content-driven approaches for enhancing organic visibility and user acquisition.
Plan, execute, and manage growth marketing campaigns across various channels like display ads, competitive analysis, retention tactics, and Google Ads.
Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and identify successful strategies for scalability.
Collaborate with different teams to enhance retention efforts using data insights to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
Optimize digital advertising platforms for improved acquisition cost, ROI, and overall campaign efficiency.
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on essential performance indicators utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Work closely with product teams to implement generative AI outputs, enhancing organic search performance and content strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Paid Media.
Demonstrated expertise in SEM strategy, keyword research, marketing automation, analytics, and Local SEO.
Strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion strategies, and online customer acquisition.
Proficiency in tools like Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, social media analytics, HTML, javascript, and regex.
Analytical mindset with strong mathematical skills.
Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Innovative thinker capable of introducing new ideas and optimizing processes.
Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing setting is advantageous.
