We are currently in search of a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing team. The primary focus of this role is to drive expansion into new markets via strategic partnerships and collaborations, identifying growth avenues across the region. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing acumen, and a background in partnership management. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for collaborating with multiple stakeholders to design impactful go-to-market strategies and influence growth. This position involves extracting insights from diverse data sources, implementing and administering projects and partnerships to trigger new growth opportunities based on these insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the regional Growth Marketing Strategy, combining channel analytics, localization, adaptation, and assessment.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring efficient implementation, activation, and reporting.
• Manage projects and partnerships by utilizing insights to create go-to-market strategies and collaborating with global/local marketing and data analytics teams.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication among stakeholders while proactively identifying performance gaps and emerging trends.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and gain a comprehensive understanding of multiple digital marketing channels.
• Leverage various analytics tools to monitor and evaluate marketing performance, providing recommendations based on data findings.

Requirements:

• Experience working in international environments with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and proficiency in digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights, combined with proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English is essential, while remote and start-up experience is advantageous.
