Growth MarTech Specialist
Responsibilities:
Oversee and analyze performance metrics by conducting comprehensive web tracking and auditing utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data alignment with business objectives.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize tracking across web and mobile platforms for data integrity and seamless integration.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Google Analytics and AppsFlyer.
Collaborate with various teams to enhance data infrastructure, enabling smooth data ingestion and processing to drive business growth.
Utilize SQL queries to analyze large datasets and perform ad-hoc data analysis to optimize user acquisition and campaign performance.
Develop and manage dashboards using Tableau for growth managers and senior leadership.
Lead MarTech and Growth Analytics projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely project completion with clear communication and coordination among teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, tracking implementation, and data analysis, preferably in Crypto/FinTech/Consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking setup, auditing, and reporting.
- Proficient in SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of mobile attribution tracking with experience in AppsFlyer.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and CRM/CDP solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide value to digital marketing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
