The Hardware Repair Lead is a key asset in CleanSpark's Bitcoin Mining Operation, overseeing maintenance, repair, and optimization of cryptocurrency mining equipment. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in hardware repair, project management, and leading teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians in repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
- Lead product testing and validation of hardware components.
- Manage inventory and procurement processes.
- Develop and track project timelines and metrics.
- Record detailed maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure safe and efficient work practices in adherence to guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations team for scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor team metrics and performance.
- Assist team with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial or commercial technician experience.
- Proficiency in electronic components and reading technical drawings.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.
- Bitmain repair certification is a plus.
- Background in troubleshooting electrical functionality is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to other shop locations as needed.
- Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs.
