Responsibilities:

• Oversee and expand Binance's AI and Algorithm team, comprising scientists, engineers, and product developers.
• Develop and implement a strategic AI plan that integrates personalization, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a unified product strategy.
• Spearhead innovation in key areas such as Personalized Binance, AI-Native Support Ecosystem, and AI × Web3 Frontier.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data departments to transform advanced models into scalable, operational systems.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate top-tier AI talent in research, engineering, and product development to establish a global center of excellence.

Requirements:

• Seasoned AI leader experienced in constructing and expanding impactful AI/ML or LLM teams.
• Skilled technical strategist proficient in model design, architectural choices, and product objectives.
• Demonstrated track record in building AI products at scale, with expertise in personalization, recommendation systems, natural language processing, or agentic structures.
• Forward-thinking entrepreneur passionate about open systems, blockchain, and the evolving data ownership economy.
• Proficient storyteller capable of inspiring across various fields, from deep research to product development and executive leadership.
• Additional knowledge in financial markets, trading systems, or crypto/Web3 ecosystems is advantageous.
