  • Maintain open feedback channels to ensure continual support and empowerment of DAO members for effective governance activities.
  • Keep detailed governance documentation updated to align and inform DAO members and the community.
  • Monitor DAO proposal cycles to guarantee compliance with governance protocols and assist the DAO in adhering to timelines and agreements.
  • Mediate disputes and enforce agreements to preserve the integrity and trust of the DAO's governance framework.
  • Lead efforts in attracting new community members, developers, and contributors to the DAO to foster a sustainable governance model.
  • Coordinate with marketing and ecosystem growth teams to elevate DAO initiatives, enhancing visibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with other DAO-governed organizations to promote industry-standard transparency, fostering accountability and trust.
  • Provide regular updates to the Arbitrum Foundation on governance progress and DAO milestones for transparency and alignment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling solutions, and DAO dynamics.
  • Established leadership and network within the blockchain and Web3 communities.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are core values at the Arbitrum Foundation, fostering a workplace where all employees are respected and have equal opportunities for success. Candidates from varying backgrounds are encouraged to apply and become part of the team.
