About the Opportunity:
Join a cutting-edge team at the forefront of digital currency finance in a unique role as Head of APAC Sales, collaborating with senior leadership to expand Galaxy’s product suite and drive growth in the APAC region. This position offers the chance to work closely with both crypto and traditional financial institutions, focusing on enriching relationships within Global Markets, Asset Management, and Infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for introducing Galaxy’s crypto product suite to APAC institutions
- Lead the expansion of the corporate sales team and coverage plan
- Spearhead deal origination and execution to enhance product volumes and identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Manage the customer journey from opportunity scoping to value framing and negotiation, focusing on optimizing client experience
- Contribute innovative ideas to redefine Galaxy’s corporate product offerings for institutional clients
- Take the lead in cross-functional partnership initiatives with key departments like product, finance, communications, compliance, legal, and marketing
- Cultivate lasting, productive relationships with clients, addressing business, policy, and technical matters proactively
- Gain profound insights into regional and crypto-specific market dynamics
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in crypto markets, traditional financial markets, or both
- Demonstrated ability in developing and managing client relationships at senior/C-suite levels
- Familiarity with the APAC region and solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English (Chinese fluency preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preference for an office-oriented work approach with remote options
