Head of Product Partnerships
About The Role 🤔:
Reporting to the VP of Product, the Head of Product Partnerships will be accountable for setting and executing the strategy and vision for the long-term ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, establishing, and managing partnerships critical to assisting game studios in launching and operating top-notch web3 games. These ecosystem partners will also play a key role in delivering innovative web3 experiences for players.
We are seeking an individual who can effectively balance commercial objectives with long-term strategies, while overseeing the intricate execution of technical integrations and partnerships. As a leader within the product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping both internal and external roadmaps for the future.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Develop and communicate Immutable's long-term product ecosystem strategy, assess strategic partnerships, and incorporate partner tools and products to enhance capabilities for Immutable players and developers.
- Identify and prioritize key partners within the web3 ecosystem, manage relationships to integrate their tools and products seamlessly with Immutable.
- Drive negotiations and secure agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes, maintaining regular communication to align and realize partnership visions.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and BD teams to ensure successful execution and coordination of partnerships.
- Manage technical integration of partner tools and products by devising integration plans in coordination with the product teams.
- Coordinate with our engineering and the product team to ensure smooth integrations and efficiency.
- Address technical challenges encountered during the integration process promptly and effectively.
- Stay abreast of web3 and blockchain trends to shape partnership strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Innovate based on market insights to drive strategic partnerships in line with current industry trends.
- Present partnership strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on partnership performance and ecosystem development.

- Proficiency in web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, negotiating, and overseeing strategic partnerships.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in B2B roles.
- A track record of managing technical integrations and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with partners.
- Skill in managing complex negotiations and cultivating mutually beneficial relationships.
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in product partnerships, business development, or similar roles within the tech or blockchain industries.
