We are seeking a skilled **People Analytics & HRIS Specialist** to join our London team. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
Data Strategy and Analytics:
Formulate and implement people analytics strategies to offer insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other relevant areas.
Construct dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time, actionable data for the People team, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Utilize data to bolster decision-making concerning hiring, talent management, performance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
HRIS Management:
Act as the primary administrator for Rippling, overseeing system configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to align with evolving business needs.
Develop and provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Greenhouse.
Process Optimization and Project Management:
Lead projects geared towards enhancing HR processes by leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, scalability, and an improved employee experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business systems, ensuring a comprehensive view of workforce data.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.

Developing tools for monitoring applications and performance.
Contributing to the design of system architecture.
Developing and deploying cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Enhancing and managing Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline.
Designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
Automating and streamlining operations and processes.
Effectively communicating, escalating issues, and following up for timely problem resolution.
Requirements
Solid expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications.
Proficiency in monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana.
Familiarity with logging systems such as Fluentbit and Loki.
Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is advantageous.
Knowledge of Linux and Network Concepts.
Experience in GitOps with ArgoCD is a plus.
At least 4 years of experience in DevOps and AWS.
Ability to write maintainable code.
Interest in working in technology and financial environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with on-premise systems is beneficial.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in APAC and EMEA regions.
