We are seeking a skilled **People Analytics & HRIS Specialist** to join our London team. In this role, you will take the lead in developing data-centric insights to drive strategic decisions company-wide. You will be responsible for overseeing our HR systems, particularly Rippling, to ensure accuracy and actionable data, fostering an enhanced employee experience and supporting our People team's objectives. Your contribution is vital in promoting operational efficiency, providing impactful insights, and facilitating Blockchain.com's scaling as we expand globally.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

• Data Strategy and Analytics:

• Formulate and implement people analytics strategies to offer insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other relevant areas.

• Construct dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time, actionable data for the People team, leadership, and other stakeholders.

• Utilize data to bolster decision-making concerning hiring, talent management, performance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

• HRIS Management:

• Act as the primary administrator for Rippling, overseeing system configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to align with evolving business needs.

• Develop and provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Greenhouse.

• Process Optimization and Project Management:

• Lead projects geared towards enhancing HR processes by leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, scalability, and an improved employee experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business systems, ensuring a comprehensive view of workforce data.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, HRIS management, or a similar role, preferably within a high-growth tech or finance environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, accompanied by a deep understanding of system administration, configuration, and integration.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements like GDPR and best practices in data governance.
• Excellent communication skills with the competency to translate data insights into clear and impactful recommendations.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for utilizing data to drive decision-making and enhance processes.
