Responsibilities:
Increase value locked by Wallet’s users via bonus campaigns and other incentives.
We want to attract $1B within next 12 month.
To achieve this goal candidate will have to do following tasks:
Identify valuable partnership opportunities.
Sign up potential partners for Wallet Earn.
Update product based on requests from consumers and partners.
Execute campaigns that are easy to onboard and profitable for Wallet users.
Promote these campaigns within existing userbase and efficiently attract new users.
Requirements:
Experience in building and promotion of similar services: loyalty programs, cashback services, referral programs, launch-pools and so on.
Experience in building products together with technical team.
Experience in establishing partnerships.
Strong professional background in crypto/web3.

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，英语/翻译等相关专业。
具有一定的翻译工作经验，拥有英文专八或CATTI翻译证书，
具有海外工作或留学经验优先。
熟悉 Axure，Figma等软件工具，熟练使用CAT工具（Trados，memoQ，Smartling等）。

We’re looking for an experienced, security-focused PM to help us scale Ethereum.
At Optimism, security is one of our core product features. In this role, you will support our growing Security team to create secure practices, frameworks, and products that benefit our customers. You will prioritize, design, and ship secure protocol and governance features as well as state-of-the-art monitoring and alerting systems to defend the Superchain.
As a PM at OP Labs, you are fully empowered to identify, prioritize, develop, and ship impactful products to our customers and ecosystem. 
What are the role responsibilities?
Lead core security and protocol initiatives from ideation all the way to delivery
Go deep on highly technical products (e.g., fault proofs) to propose roll-out, monitoring, and success strategies
Improve chain deployment and upgrade tooling to scale the Superchain to 1,000s of interoperable chains
Lead UXR with infrastructure partners, the Optimism Security Council, and chain operators to understand security and usability needs
Collaborate with a team of world-class security and smart contract engineers
What skills do you bring?
3+ years experience building product in highly adversarial environments
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of designing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency
