• Participate in an organized 18-month rotational program spanning six areas – Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Business Analysis, Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Support – providing you with comprehensive exposure before specializing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your daily responsibilities will vary based on the rotation, but typical tasks throughout the program include:

• Engaging with clients and users to grasp their requirements, translating discussions into clear, actionable plans.
• Hands-on participation with our platform – configuring, customizing, and delivering solutions for real client projects.
• Contributing across the software delivery lifecycle – from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Troubleshooting issues, debugging problems, and collaborating with your team to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
• Showcasing proof-of-concept projects to exhibit possibilities and assist clients in shaping their strategies.
• In technical rotations: crafting new functionality using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript.
• Developing expertise in financial markets and domain understanding alongside enhancing your technical and consulting skills.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking individuals from two distinctive backgrounds, both equally valued within our program:

• Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related) – with a genuine interest in business, finance, and client interactions.
• Business or Finance background (Finance, Economics, Business, or related) – with a deep interest in technology and its applications in financial markets.

Irrespective of background, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• Hands-on coding experience and a genuine enthusiasm for honing technical skills, even if you haven't studied Computer Science.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex concepts into practical solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with a confidence in presenting information clearly.
• Organized, proactive, and adept at managing workloads independently.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a sincere curiosity in the intersection of technology and finance.
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
