About the role:
The company is in search of a seasoned marketing professional with a digital expertise to join the global influencer marketing team. The primary responsibilities include assisting in negotiations, outreach, managing influencers, and facilitating onboarding processes. The role also involves overseeing campaign and content initiatives to ensure the achievement of business and marketing goals. Additionally, the Influencer Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding and enhancing the influencer and affiliate programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify prominent influencers in specific categories across various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, and Twitch.
- Manage daily interactions with influencers and affiliate partners, including regular check-ins.
- Lead negotiations with a strong focus on budgeting to ensure alignment with predetermined KPIs.
- Coordinate regular status calls, meetings, and handle reporting duties.
- Generate innovative influencer marketing strategies and creative concepts in targeted markets.
- Collaborate with the influencer operations team spanning different time zones internationally.
- Support content and influencer initiatives as needed, participating in communications and content creation.
- Organize and maintain records of influencers, content, and related business documentation.
- Provide input for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
- Stay updated on social media trends and influencer activities to leverage creative opportunities.
- Undertake additional tasks related to regional and global influencer programs.
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability in carrying out responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
- Basic knowledge of exchanges and financial products.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminologies and trends, with a passion for the industry being advantageous.
- Previous experience in the blockchain sector is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated track record of initiating and fostering relationships with influencers or achieving successful social media engagements.
- Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and specific niches like sports, finance, technology, and crypto.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for collaborating with colleagues, influencers, and management across different regions. Superior written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
