About the role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify relevant influencers within various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with influencers and affiliate partners, including regular meetings.
- Lead negotiation processes ensuring alignment with allocated budgets and preset KPIs.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and creative concepts in specific markets.
- Coordinate with influencer operations teams in different time zones.
- Support content and influencer projects.
- Maintain influencer records, content, and related documentation.
- Monitor social media trends and influencer activities for potential opportunities.
- Generate regular reports based on daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.
- Complete additional tasks associated with regional and global influencer programs.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
- Have a basic understanding of financial products and exchanges.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency/blockchain jargon and trends; industry passion is advantageous.
- Previous exposure to the blockchain sector is beneficial.
- Ability to excel in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Track record of initiating and cultivating relationships with influencers or producing successful social media engagements.
